Work-life balance
It is not uncommon nowadays for the balance between work and personal life to become disrupted. We are busy pursuing careers, maintaining love relationships, raising children, and also striving to have an engaging social life. In our free time, we often take on the roles of caregivers, volunteers, and try to improve our fitness. It is essential for employees to learn how to manage the pressure to perform and find the right balance between work and personal life.
In the work-life balance workshop, participants learn to become aware of what is happening, what is important, and how to make choices. They discover the necessary skills to develop, such as assertiveness and negotiation. In short, they receive the tools to regain and maintain the right balance between work and personal life.
Objective
After attending this workshop, participants will know how to successfully maintain balance by:
- Managing the pressure to perform
- Finding the right balance between work, caregiving responsibilities, and leisure time
- Creating a personal balance plan
