Objective of the Workshop on Mindful Working

We work in a group of up to 10 people. Both the participants and the trainer come from the business world and understand what it’s like to be a busy working person. The goals of the workshop are:

  • Gain insight into what matters to you in your work;
  • Develop the right attention and skills to reflect on personal development and growth (experiential learning);
  • Get inspired from personal experiences to make (better) choices yourself;
  • Learn to feel good and how to maintain (better) balance.

ProgramWorkshop Mindful Working

The essence of the mindful working workshop is that you are given well-founded and practical exercises that you can immediately apply in your daily life (business and private). What characterizes the workshop is its accessibility and down to earthness, without any vagueness.

  • Routines and patterns;
  • Focus and reflection;
  • Why being busy is for wimps;
  • The common thread in well-known management models;
  • Developing resilience and vitality;
  • Practical tips and various exercises for work and home.
