Mr. Lok is a certified mindfulness teacher for children, adolescents, adults, and parents. Having received mindfulness teacher training in the UK, the Netherlands, and the US, he has extensive experience in teaching mindfulness in various settings, including but not limited to mainstream and special schools, social welfare and rehabilitation services, community mental health services, and clinical psychological services in hospitals and clinics.
Rebecca Cheung is an Assistant Professor of Early Childhood Education at The Education University of Hong Kong. As a researcher, she is eager to understand how culture, family, and psychological processes shape the course of child development and resilience. Mindfulness is important to her everyday life. She is keen on bringing mindfulness to children and families from diverse backgrounds..
Clinical Psychologist. Master degree in Clinical and Health Psychology (Cognitive-Behavioral Interventions in Psychological and Health Disorders), in the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra (2016). Currently, PhD student in Clinical Psychology, with a scholarship from the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology.
Main researcher of the project "The Mindful and Compassionate Parenting Training for Parents of Babies (MCPT-Baby): Development and feasibility and efficacy study of a group intervention". Collaborator, as a clinical psychologist, of the Psychological Intervention Unit of the Maternity Daniel de Matos, Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra (2017 and 2018).
