Mindfulness accessible to everyone

Jon Kabat-Zinn, the father of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR), once said: “Mindfulness is Buddhism without Buddhism.” With this statement, he essentially implies that through mindfulness, you can train your mind without having to engage with religion. Mindfulness is independent of Buddhism and any other religion. It is not tied to traditions and, in essence, is accessible to everyone. With our platform we want to make mindfulness accessible as well in a practical manner. This way we can all enjoy the benefits of mindfulness.

The 8-week mindfulness training, MBSR, reduces stress and assists you in navigating change and challenges.
