Between the skirmishes about Brexit, parliamentary work in England continues. Wednesday, February 13, Chris Ruan, Labor Member of Parliament and for many years promoter of mindfulness in society, gave a warm plea for a mindful UK after Brexit.

He also mentioned the impressive number of 220 English parliamentarians who have now followed a mindfulness course, and a multiple of these with staff members.

Premier May replied that she noticed the effects of mindfulness training on her staff, and that her voting district also advocated for more mindfulness for better health and less stress.
