Researchers of the University of Amsterdam (UvA) are investigating the effects of regular, long-term meditation practice.

The study focuses on investigating the differences between long-term meditators and non-meditators in the brain, the immune system, and in mental and physical health.

You are invited to participate in the study if you have been meditating regularly for 3 years or more. Non-practitioners are also invited to participate in the control group.
