Livestream with Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, on how to respond wisely and purposefully as we go through these times of covid-19.

During the whole month of April 2020 Jon Kabat-Zinn will provide a daily talk, meditation and Q&A called “Cultivating Mindfulness at this Critical Time - Daily Practices and Inquiry”.
