As mothers, we step into a whole new world without being really ready or equipped for it. Parenting puts you out of your comfort zone in so many ways and can only really be learnt by experience, trial and error and constant adjustments as your children grow and evolve before your eyes.
Our children require so much of our care, energy and attention, and it is easier than ever to lose our balance. Life is a constant balancing act but when you become a mom it gets more challenging as you definitely have many more “balls” to juggle. And at the same time keeping that balance going is even more important as your wellbeing supports you but also significantly impacts the wellbeing of your children.
Your physical and emotional self-care is the most important thing to focus on so you can handle the ups and downs of motherhood. And that doesn't mean going to the spa or having the right face cream but being connected to yourself, and learning tools to find calm, compassion and resilience in the midst of the busy life of a mother.
So come and join us to discover some precious practices to support you on this journey and enjoy some nourishing moments of authentic connection with others moms.
In these 3 hours together, you will:
- Learn some simple mindfulness and body awareness practices that help promote calm and relaxation
- Get some tools and practices to boost your energy level
- Learn practices to create space and help you break away from unhelpful patterns
- Take some time to reflect with others on joys and challenges of parenting
- Connect with other mothers

This workshop is bi-lingual: English and Dutch
Experience with mindfulness preferred but not essential. If you are new to mindfulness please mention it in the registration.
