About the author

WIBO KOOLE is a long-standing corporate management expert and director of the Center for Mindfulness in Amsterdam. In this book he provides the first comprehensive overview of mindfulness-based leadership. He builds on the works of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Daniel Goleman, Peter Senge and Otto Scharmer, and presents the first framework for mindfulness-based teamwork.
